You need to provide: National ID (NID), Valid Driving License, Passport (if available), Proof of Address, Employment Certificate, Bank Certificate, Tax Return Certificate, and two guarantors one from your family and one from your professional background. All documents should be clear and valid.
How much is the membership fee?
The membership fee is 10,000 BDT.
What types of vehicles are available for rent?
We offer three main categories: Economy vehicles (budget-friendly options), Business vehicles (mid-range comfort), and Luxury vehicles (premium experience). Each category includes various vehicle types like sedans, SUVs, and more.
How do I make a vehicle reservation?
After logging into your member account, browse available vehicles, select your preferred vehicle and dates, choose a package, review pricing and discounts, make payment, and confirm your reservation. You will receive a confirmation with pickup details.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes the vehicle rental for the specified period.
Do you offer discounts on vehicle rentals?
Yes! For short-term leasing, you can get up to 48% off, and for long-term leasing, discounts go up to 58%.
How can I pay for my reservation?
We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, mobile banking, credit/debit cards, and cash payments. Payment can be made online through our secure payment gateway or at our office during business hours.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation, but terms and conditions apply. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of your cancellation. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with modifications.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
Late returns are subject to additional charges. We charge an hourly rate for late returns beyond the agreed return time. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate being late to discuss options and avoid additional charges.
Do you provide 24/7 customer support?
Yes, we provide 24/7 customer support for emergencies and roadside assistance. Our customer service team is available during business hours for general inquiries, and we have an emergency hotline for urgent situations.
How do I become a partner and list my vehicles?
To become a partner, register as a partner on our website, provide your business documents, bank account details, and vehicle information. After verification, you can list your vehicles and start earning from rentals.
What are the requirements for partner vehicles?
Partner vehicles must be in excellent condition, have valid registration, fitness certificate, tax token, insurance, and all required documents. Vehicles should be clean, well-maintained, and meet our quality standards.
How do I track my reservation status?
You can track your reservation status by logging into your member account and visiting the reservations section. You will see real-time updates on your reservation status, payment status, and any required actions.
What should I do in case of an accident?
In case of an accident, immediately contact our emergency hotline and local authorities. Do not admit fault or make any statements. Take photos of the scene and damage. Our team will guide you through the process and handle insurance claims.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can extend your rental period subject to vehicle availability and additional charges. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return to request an extension and confirm availability.
What is your fuel policy?
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. You are responsible for fuel costs during your rental period. You can return the vehicle with any fuel level, but we may charge for fuel if the tank is significantly low.
Do you offer long-term rental packages?
Yes, we offer both short-term and long-term rental packages. Long-term packages (monthly or yearly) come with special pricing and benefits. Contact our sales team for customized long-term rental solutions.
How do I get my security deposit refunded?
Your security deposit will be refunded within 7-14 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected. The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, minus any applicable charges.
